While traveling for work we stopped in to get some good Cuban food. We were entered to eccentric decor and plenty of parking. Everything is so colorful and festive. There is one building for sweet treats and another for food. There is both outdoor and indoor seating. We went for lunch. The menu is huge with plenty of options. It was giving Cheesecake Factory options...it was hard to choose. The prices are a little confusing as some meals were listed as $70. We figured this must have been done mistakingly. We ordered some plantain chips and ham croquets. Complementary Cuban bread was served. The plantain chips were huge and they give you plenty. They were freshly fried but could have been a bit more seasoned. The food was good and served hot. The server was nice and efficient. The price was a bit expensive for Cuban food. It looks like people come here more for the ambiance. It seems like it will be a vibe at night.
The portions are large. The food was delicious and fresh. The service was good. I've come a few times now. It's always delicious. Sadly, the prices are now much higher, making it out of my budget. But, if you're in this area, definitely go, at least once.
Their Lemon-mint juice (smoothie?) was wonderful. The Pan Con Bisetc sandwich was very large and very good. The avocado salad was also very good. Sweet plantains appetizer was perfect. Beans and Rice side was good. The beans were well seasoned. The service was great. We would definitely re-visit this place to explore other things on the menu.
Super fun place with an extensive menu, eclectic decor, and fun staff. The food was every bit as good as the best Cuban restaurants we have visited. Portions are generous. We would highly recommend this as a place to eat when in the area
This is a small but cozy restaurant. The food is delicious and the services is outstanding. I asked for the palomilla bistec with fried plantains, rice and beans and it was soft and delicious. Some may find it pricey but I think it is definitely worthy.
We came across this place on the way through town on vacation. Outsider art environment meets gourmet Cuban food. Yes please!
